1. Who Can Use Pricta

You may use Pricta if you:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Are an Etsy seller or are setting up an Etsy shop.
• Agree to comply with Etsy’s Terms of Use independently.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Pricta complies with all Etsy seller policies, including policies regarding multiple accounts.

2. Free Trial

Pricta offers a free trial with a limited number of AI-generated listings. No payment is required to use the free tier. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Paid Plans

Paid plans unlock additional features and generation limits. Pricing details are displayed on the Service at the time of purchase. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance via email before the new price takes effect.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service, used credits or elapsed subscription periods are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Contact us at yesfomo@gmail.com with billing questions.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing it to Etsy.
• Ensuring your listings comply with Etsy’s policies and all applicable laws.
• The accuracy of information you provide to the Service (product descriptions, images).
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Pricta is produced by AI and is provided as a suggestion only. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, free of errors, optimised for Etsy search, or compliant with Etsy’s policies. You accept full responsibility for any content you publish.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Pricta to:

• Violate Etsy’s Terms of Use or any applicable laws.
• Generate listings for prohibited or counterfeit items.
• Spam, harass, or mislead buyers or Etsy.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.
• Use the Service for purposes unrelated to Etsy selling.

7. Intellectual Property

Pricta owns all rights to the platform, software, and design. You own the listing content generated using your inputs. We do not claim ownership of the outputs you create with Pricta.

8. Etsy Trademark Notice

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Pricta uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales, Etsy account suspensions, or data loss arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the developer resides at the time of the dispute. In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
