What do I need to give it?
Product photos, up to 20, and a video if you have one. Photos straight from an iPhone work as they are. Then the details a photo cannot show: price, quantity, and any sizes or colours you offer. Everything else comes from the photos and your shop settings.
How long does one listing take?
Writing it takes under a minute: about half a minute for one version, a little more for three. Then you look it over, confirm the Etsy details and send the draft.
Does it publish to my shop automatically?
No. Pricta saves a draft listing. You open it in Etsy, look it over, and publish it yourself whenever you are ready.
Can I change what it writes?
Yes. Every field is editable before the draft is created.
What language are the listings written in?
In English, for Etsy's buyers. You do not need to write English yourself: Pricta writes for the buyer, and you only read it through before sending. The interface is available in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
What counts as one generation?
One version of one listing. Ask for one version and one is counted, ask for three and three are counted. A version that does not arrive is not counted, and building your description template is free.
Does it work for digital items and print on demand?
Yes. A digital item becomes a download listing with no shipping, and you add the files in Etsy before publishing. For print on demand you pick your production partner from your shop, and the text describes the item as your design, made to order.
Does it work for marketplaces other than Etsy?
It is built for Etsy: the category tree, the 13 tags, the attributes and the two-variation limit are Etsy's own rules, and that is what lets Pricta fill in the whole listing instead of just the text. If you also sell elsewhere, the title, description and tags can be copied from your inventory.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, on the Plan page in the app. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Why does Pricta need access to my Etsy shop?
To read your shop setup and category data, and to save drafts into it. The connection uses Etsy's official authorisation and you can revoke it at any time.
